  3. The distance between these marks is your foot length.
  4. Next, compare your foot length with the length of the shoe insole.

Compare your measurement with the insole length.

  1. Add approximately 0.5–1 cm to your foot length. This gives you the ideal insole length, which corresponds to the size shown in our shop.
