1. I would like to return the product. How can I do it?

2. I would like to buy a product, but I am not sure if the selected size will be suitable for me.

If you have any doubts about the size of shoes, accessory dimensions or clothing, please contact our customer service department, which is at your service Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. Our team will be happy to verify the dimensions you are interested in or send you additional photos of the products.

When addressing your query, don't forget to let us know which model you are interested in by providing the product URL, ER code or its full name, which can be found on the product card.

3. Can I exchange the product?

In our online store, we do not offer exchange of goods for the same or different model. You must return the product first and place an order for a new one.
