Complaints Policy

If the quality of the purchased product turned out to be unsatisfactory, you have the right to file a complaint. We are responsible for delivering goods free of physical and legal defects. We assure you that in the event of defects in the thing sold, we will do our best to live up to the trust placed in us.

HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?

You can make a complaint by sending the defective item, the proof of purchase and the completed Complaint Form to the address:

For the complaint procedure to run smoothly, it is advisable that the complaint form contains, in particular:

  • name and surname,
  • correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number,
  • date of purchase of the goods,
  • type of advertised goods,
  • a detailed description of the defect and the date on which it was found.

Your request, as well as your preferred method of informing about the manner of processing the complaint (e.g., via e-mail, SMS or any other indicated method).

COMPLAINT HANDLING PRINCIPLES:

We will consider and respond to your complaint no later than 14 days from the date of filing the complaint. You will be informed about the manner of processing the complaint in accordance with the data you indicated in the complaint notification.
